How to Use
Brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day, or, better yet, after each meal if you can spare the time, unless otherwise directed by a dentist or physician.
For children under 6: use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and supervise their brushing habits to limit swallowing.
