Daily Usage
Take one (1) capsule four (4) times per day. Preferably, take 15-20 minutes before meals with a large amount of water.
Warnings
DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE. Do not exceed 1 200 mg green tea in combination with other green tea containing products. This product is only intended for healthy adults over 18 years old.
CONTAINS CAFFEINE.
Contains 4,73 mg caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine.
Use of caffeine may result in sleep deprivation.
Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product.
Total caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported.
Stop use and consult a registered health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. Consult a relevant health care provider for use beyond 12 weeks; prior to use if you have a liver disorder or an iron deficiency; if you are pregnant or breastfeeding if you are taking any other medicine or have been diagnosed with a chronic condition.
