Daily Usage
Take one (1) capsule three (3) times per day. Preferably, take 15-20 minutes before meals with a large amount of water.

This product is only intended for healthy adults over 18 years old.
CONTAINS CAFFEINE.
Contains 51,6 mg caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine.
Consult a doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, lactating, under medical treatment or have been diagnosed with a chronic condition. Use of caffeine may result in sleep deprivation.
Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product.
Total caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
