Daily Usage

TR90 JS: Take 1 sachet mixed in a glass of water or favourite low-calorie beverage for the first 15 days of the programme

TR90 Complex C: Take 1 capsule 3 times per day during the 30 days. Preferably take 15-20 minutes before meals with a large amount of water.

TR90 Complex F: Take 1 capsule 4 times per day during the 30 days. Preferably take 15-20 minutes before meals with a large amount of water.

TR90 M-Bars: Serving one bar with a large glass of water

For TR90 JS, Complex C and Complex F:

For TR90 M-Bars:
It is important to follow the instructions for use. Maintain an adequate daily fluid intake and a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption of the product could induce laxative effects. This product is useful for the intended use only as part of an energy-restricted diet: other foodstuffs should be a necessary part of such a diet. Do not use if the foil integrity is compromised. Consult a doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, lactating or under medical treatment. Store in a dry place between 16°C and 18°C.

Each capsule contains:
Opuntia ficus-indica(L). Mill. (Prickly pear cactus fruit extract) (2000 mg/sachet), Crocus sativus( L.) (Saffron stigma extract) (177 mg/ sachet), Punica granatum (L.) (Pomegranate fruit extract) (150 mg/sachet), (Citrus sinensis (L.) var. Osbeck) (Red orange fruit extract) (125 mg/sachet)

TR90 COMPLEX C:
Each capsule contains:
Theobroma cacao (L.) (Cocoa bean powder) ( 250mg.), Prunus cerasus (L.) (Tart cherry fruit powder) (100 mg.), Punica granatum (L.) (Pomegranate fruit extract) (83mg.).
The other ingredients are: capsule (gelatine), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

TR90 COMPLEX F:
Each capsule contains:
Vitis vinifera (L.) (Grape fruit extract) (100 mg), Camelia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) (Green tea leaf extract) (75mg Allium cepa (L.) (.)(Onion bulb extract) (62,5mg), Citrus sinensis (L.) var. Osbeck)(Red orange fruit extract) ( 63mg), Citrus fruit extract (50mg): [Citrus limon (L.) Burm. F.) (Lemon) (10mg.), Citrus sinensis (L.) var. Osbeck) (Orange) (30mg.), Citrus reticulata Blanco (mandarin) (5mg.), Citrus x paradisi Macfad Grapefruit (5mg/], Capsicum annuum (L.) (Cayenne pepper fruit powder) (12,5mg).
